Please prepare an informal ten minute presentation for the group on the current state of your project. We’d like to hear the plans for the Teknisk Museum presentation on Friday, how you envisage the project developing, and what you see as potential problem areas. Also, this week is the last opportunity to get face-to-face support from Marius Watz, so the presentation is a perfect opportunity to request any help from him!

They go round and round is the second of two exhibitions curated by Carson Chan at 0047 dealing with the structures, tangible or otherwise, that pervade reality. Where And the Seasons explored the flux between physical and virtual space, myth and reality, and between abstract and concrete forms through the work of American artists, Aids-3d, They go round and round will open the topic by adding the work of thirteen other artists and architects to the fray.
In keeping with the exhibition’s theme, several of the pieces shown will purposely problematize the boundaries between the artworks, the gallery and the public sphere, and blurred separations between the fields of art and architecture. Besides paintings by Sascha Pohflepp and Daisy Ginsberg, and sculptural works by Aids-3d, Markus Miessen and Ralf Pflugfelder, Paolo Chiasera and Nicolas Dusollier, Thomas Eller and Patricia Reed, several of pieces in the exhibition will seemingly have no presence at all.

This is a MUST SEE! Joe and Ruth of Semiconductor will be talking about, and showing, some of their amazing installation film work.
More details on their work here
This is during the Elective Week, but I STRONGLY urge you all to see this.
Semiconductor make moving image works which reveal our physical world in flux; cities in motion, shifting landscapes and systems in chaos. Since 1999 UK artists Ruth Jarman and Joe Gerhardt have worked with digital animation to transcend the constraints of time, scale and natural forces; they explore the world beyond human experience, questioning our very existence.
